I have been in practice over 20 years and am trained in a variety of modalities. Swedish, Sports, Pre Natal, Post Natal, Cranio Sacral, Somatic Emotional Release, Reiki, Aromatherapy,  Shiatsu - I am also a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor and have completed the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach program
